SHIPPING POLICY
Once you place your order, we aim to process your items within 24 - 48 hours. We offer a standard delivery service, fulfilled by Royal Mail which takes 1-3 business days to arrive to your address (excluding Fridays - Sundays). We also offer a next day delivery service, which takes 1 business day (excluding Fridays-Sundays).
Due to high demand and shipping restrictions, all orders purchased over the weekend (Thursday - Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday and Tuesday.
Please note that is is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Any missed delivery attempts are not at the responsibility of Mineralise Moss & Organics.

RETURN POLICY
All of our products are individually made fresh to order as such, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept return, refund or exchange requests please see our Returns Policy if you require more information. We work hard to ensure your product is of the highest quality and arrives to you safely and on time. If however, an item you receive is faulty or damaged please Contact Us and we will investigate your issue further.
